Participants:

- Leah
- Chelsea
- Faith
- Jason
- Daniel
Agenda:
- Introductions were made and a tenuous friendship established between participants.
- Rules were read and clarified.
- There was much debate about the determining of who takes the first turn.
- It was proposed that the determining of the person to take the first turn is to be done by the rolling of the six-sided die. The person who rolls the highest number will win the right to take the first turn, with ties to be re-rolled by the parties who rolled the ties. After the determining of the first person to take the turn, it is proposed that all the participants adopt the printed set of Nomic rules as the official set of rules for this game of Nomic by the above said participants. Along with this, it was also proposed that rule number 202 be amended to say that the die to be used will be chosen unanimously at the start of each session.
- The above rule was agreed upon by said participants, and the die was rolled. Jason showed his prowess in finding holes in the rules, and Hilton and Leah re-rolled their tie, even though their number was lower than the highest roll. Daniel won the die roll, and the first turn, and the participants all accepted the Nomic rules.
301 Daniel proposed to make rule 105 mutable.
